Limp binding. - Bookblock sewn on three thongs of brown leather, which are laced-in at the two cover joints and are enforced with metal rods underneath the cover spine (see Gnirrep & 1989).

  • Part 1 contains Gregorian chants with music notation for processions at the following liturgical feasts and events: (part 1) Purification of the Virigin (1r-6v), Palm Sunday (7r-16r), Holy Thursday (16r-23r), Easter Sunday (23r-33v), Ascension of the Lord (33v-38r), Corpus Christi (38rv-45r), Visitation (45rv-50r), Assumption (50r-54r), Church Dedication (54r-58v), reception of a bishop or legate (58v-59v). Empty: f. 60r-v.
    Part 2 contains Gregorian chants with music notation for processions at the following liturgical feasts and event: Monday of Pentecost (64v-67r), St. Lawrence (74v-76v), reception of a bishop or legate (77r-81v), Holy Thursday (81v-88r), St. Martin (89r-90r), St. Lawrence (90r-91r), Trinity Sunday (91v-94r). - Empty: ff. 94v-96v.

  • Two parts closely connected.
  • Collation: (part 1) V (1-10), V-1 (,11-19), VI (20-31), 2V (32-51), V-1 (52-60,). - (Part 2) IV (61-68), II (69-72), 2IV (73-88), 2II (89-96). - Text leaf missing between ff. 10 and 11 contained the end of the responsory "Cum appropinquaret Dominus jherosolimam" and the beginning of [Gloria laus et honor tibi sit].
  • Material: (part 1) Quires with mixed paper and parchment leaves in differing positions: parchment outside in one quire (1/10+2/9+3/8), inside in two quires (14/15, 36/37), both inside and outside in three quires (20/31+25/26, 42/51+46/47, 52/*+56/57).
  • Rubrication: Rubrics in two hands, the second hand (containing more cursive elements) starts at the end of part 1 and continues in part 2.
  • Textual: The chants are introduced by rubrics such as: "Ad processionem" (2v), "Duo ministri antiphona" (5r), Ad introitum chori (6v), "In die palmarum sub distributione ramorum antiphona" (7r), "In cena domini ad mandatum pauperum" (16r), "In die sancto pasce ad aquam benedictam antiphona" (23r), "In die pasce ad processionem" (24r), "In ascencione domini ad processionem (33v), "In visitatione marie ad processionem" (45r). - The intended user of the manuscript belonged to a male monastic order; see the rubric "Dominus abbas cum ministris" (14v).
