    • Abbaye de moniales fondée vers 620 par le vénérable Théodulphe, surnommé Bobolène, sous la règle de saint Colomban, qui fut remplacée plus tard par la règle bénédictine. De 1113 à 1120, l'archevêque Léger substitua des chanoines réguliers aux moniales. En 1503, l'abbaye fut affiliée à la congrégation de Chezal-Benoît. Elle était en pleine décadence lorsqu'elle fut restaurée en 1677 par Renée de Mesgrigny. L'abbaye fut fermée au XVIIIe siècle (dernière abbesse nommée en 1715) (Source : BnF)
