Ces volumes font partie des volumes recouverts mais pas recousus à Blois sous le règne de Louis XII, il portaient à Pavie une reliure "corio rubeo cum clavaturis" et "copertura corii nigri et clavaturis" (Pellegrin A. 163 et A. 219).
