Petri de Perusia sig. n° 26» suivi de cette attestation du notaire «Simon Franc‹isci› notarius monasterii sancti Petri»; Giovanni Angelo duc d’Altemps (d’après l'Inventarium de Galletti: «Codex olim Altempsianus»; le cardinal P. Ottoboni (cote de Bianchini: S. 6. 38).
