Parch., XVe s. (f. 90-99 v°: a. 1458), II + 100 ff. (f. I v° et 100 blancs), 264 x 190 mm. Initiales ornées de rinceaux de feuillages et de fleurettes bleues, se prolongeant dans la marge de gauche. Quelques gloses marginales et interlinéaires contemporaines jusqu’au f. 89 v° seulement.
