Au f. 82v, ex-libris (XIVe s.) : "Di Francieschino di Giovanni di Siena speziere in Pav.", répété au f. 85 "Chesto Dante e di Francisschino di Giovanni di Siena speziere in Pav." accompagné d'un écru tracé à l'encre (croissant sommé d'une croix, visible également au f. 22).
Ce manuscrit a appartenu au collège de Foix et en a été prélevé pour rejoindre la collection personnelle de Colbert (n°86 du "Catalogue des manuscrits du college de Foix arrivez dans la bibliothèque de Monseigneur le 7 octobre 1680" (BnF, Manuscrits, Latin 9364) : « Inferno del Dante » ) avant d'entrer à la bibliothèque royale en 1732.
