Parch., XIVe s. (fin), II + 160 ff. (f. 156 v°-158 blancs), 266 x 182 mm. Gloses marginales et interlinéaires de plusieurs mains abondantes jusqu’au f. 37, rares ensuite. Les f. I et 160 sont des fragments remployés d’un manuscrit du Codex Iustinianus du XIIIe s.

Origine: italienne, écriture gothique «libraria».
Possesseurs: le manuscrit devait se trouver à Rome en 1404 d’après cette note du f. 160: «In nomine d. d. anno millesimo quadringentesimo quarto pontificatus domini Innocenti papae VII ind. XIIIa mense decembris die XVII ego Albertus Cecchi de Romaulis fui effectus notarius per auctoritatem... domini D. de Astallis episcopi Fundorum... Actum Rome in R‹io›ne Treuii ecclesia sancti Marcelli...»; le cardinal Giordano Orsini dont les armes sont ajoutées dans le coin supérieur droit du f. 1 (cote: CCVI).
