Manuscrit autographe, avec préface générale de Jean Miélot, datée de 1468.
Le nom de Miélot se rencontre souvent dans le manuscrit, non seulement en toutes lettres, mais aussi dans des labyrinthes (f. 2 v et 27 r), et même sous forme de rébus (f. 5 r).
Figures au trait et peintures à la gouache ; grandes initiales ornées et « cadeaux ».

On lit, au feuillet 109 verso, la signature de « [Marie de Luxembo]urg », femme de François de Bourbon, comte de Vendôme, et, au feuillet 1 recto, cet ex-libris : « Ce livre est à Piere Le Roy. »
