  • Le colophon du texte donne la date 1318: "Ibi est finis Decretorum, anno ab incarnatione Domini nostri Jesu Christi millesimo CCC° XVIII°, die sabbati pasche" et celui de la glose donne la date 1328: "Explicit anno Domini M° CCC° XXVIII, die jovis ante natale Domini". L’exécution de l'enluminure a sans doute suivi la transcription de l'apparat, car les initiales filigranées et ornées articulant le texte et la glose sont dues aux mêmes mains.
  • La moitié supérieure des folios 310 et 311 manque.
