Au f. 1, bordure à «bianchi girari » et filets d’or, parsemée d’animaux: oiseaux, lapins, lion, papillon et escargot, et de «putti », ornée de 6 médaillons renfermant des têtes d’hommes ou de femmes; titre en capitales d’or; en bas médaillon préparé pour des armes. Initiales à «bianchi girari ».
