titre: «Flauii Vegecii illustris uiri epithomarii libri numero quatuor incipiunt feliciter».
Origine: incertaine, peut-être écrit en Italie; 2 mains: 1) f. 1-7 v°: écriture humanistique cursive; 2) f. 8-38 v°: écriture humanistique semi-cursive, titres et incipit en grosse écriture gothique; œuvre du copiste Gonsalvus, peut-être espagnol, qui signe au f. 38 v°: «Gonsaluus uocatur qui scripsit benedicatur».
Possesseurs: rien ne prouve que le manuscrit ait appartenu au cardinal Orsini, mais il a fait partie du même recueil que le ms. Arch. S. Pietro H. 20 (cf. supra) d’après l’inventaire de 1489 des manuscrits de S. Pietro.
