Vlme 15 Iulii anno Christi 1487. J. Lochner» et au f. 25: «... Vlme Sedecima Iulii anno Christi 1487. J. Lochner ».
Possesseurs: 1-2: Anton Ruland († 1874), bibliothécaire en chef de l'Université de Wurtzbourg, qui légua ses collections à la Bibliothèque Vaticane.
