Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique d’aspect encore assez gothique. Le copiste Domenico Fanti de Parme donne son nom en rouge au f. 68 v°: «Quod opus scriptum est per me Dominicum de Fantis Parmensem».
Possesseurs: peut-être le cardinal Sirleto (correspondrait au n° 187 de son catalogue: Vat. lat. 6163, f. 320 v°, rapproché aussi du ms. Ottob. lat. 1176, cf. supra); le cardinal P. Ottoboni.
