- Script: Music in Hufnagel notation on 4-line staves.
Binding :
- Binding: Medieval binding, not contemporary (16th century). - Leather (brown, blind-tooled) over wooden boards. Two clasp fastenings (closing back to front, hooks and one strap missing). Metal corner pieces (2x4, lower ones functioning as feet: 2x2) and bosses (2x5).

Origin: According to Wüstefeld (1989). - Made for a monastery of canonesses regular, in view of the occurence (in the rubrics) of "priorissa" (f. 130v), "cantrix (f. 63r, 63v, 64r, 74v, 83v) and "sorores" (f. 66v, 77r-78r, 85r), and the mention of Augustine as "patris nostri" (f. 144r, 223r, 229v). The later added sequence "In translatione S. Agnetis (f. 245r) testify to a relationship with a monastery with Agnes as patron saint.
Foliation: Contemporary (in red) [I]-CLXXXIX, supplemented with a modern pencil foliation 190-247. Folio CVIII has been cut out. Front flyleaves marked A and B. A large part of the back flyleaf cut out.
