(gloses) inc. f. 1 marge supérieure (endommagée au début): «Vna necessitas ut ‹...› rurus cadit (?) ue‹...› que simul et orientem et occidentem perficit...».
marge de droite: «Quibus consiliis ea gesta sunt litterarum esse fabulas pueris...».
Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique cursive légèrement penchée. Le copiste signe et date au f. 100 v° en rouge: «SCRIPTVM PER ME LVCAM SANCTIS DO. SVB ANNO DOMINI MCCCC° 1480 (?) SEDENTE SYXTO PONTIFICE MAX‹IMO›», d’une autre encre: «DE MENSE MARTII».
Possesseurs: au bas du f. 1 un blason dessiné à la plume contient un scorpion surmonté, semble-t-il, d’une étoile, en dessous légende: «ARMA IHOANNIS [sic]» (XVe-XVIe s.); le cardinal Sirleto (cote 88 au f. 1); Giovanni Angelo duc d’Altemps (ex-libris au f. 1 encadrant les armes); le cardinal P. Ottoboni (cote de Bianchini: V. 2. 51).
