Encyclopédie morale de [Qāẕī Sirāǧ al-Dīn Maḥmūd b. Abī Bakr Āẓarbāyǧānī Urmavī (m. 689H./1290)], composée vers 655H./1257 et dédiée (f. 2-2v) au Sultan de Rūm ʿIzz al-Dīn Kaykāʾūs b. Kayẖusraw Salǧūqī. Divisée en 2 qism (f. 2v-99 et 99v-182v).

Ce manuscrit provient de la bibliothèque établie à Tabrīz par le vizir Rašīd al-Dīn Faẕl-ullāh Hamadānī et dispersée à sa mort (718H./1318). Un timbre rectangulaire de 74 × 13 mm est encore lisible au f. 178v, alors qu'il a été gratté f. 2, 4, 5, 78v, 79, 174, 181v et 182v, et porte en « coufique » Vaqf-i kitābẖānah-i Rašīd [cf. F. Richard, Muhr-i Kitābẖāna-i Rašīd al-Dīn ?, in Āyanda VIII, 6, 1982, p. 343-6].
Ms. acquis pour la Bibliothèque royale à Constantinople en 1729-30 par l'Abbé Sevin (au contreplat supérieur, notice « Letaif ikme, Livre de philosophie »). Une notice signée d'Armain (n° 54) est insérée en tête du volume.
