Origine: Italie du Nord, écriture humanistique ronde. Le copiste Obizzo de Lucques signe au f. 151 v°:
«Obizus ex Luca ueniens Antonius urbe
Hoc tantum facili pollice scripsit opus.»
Possesseurs: Jean Camerarius de Dalberg († 1503) (cf. supra, Reg. lat. 1478) dont les armes sont peintes au bas du f. 1: d’azur à six fleurs de lys d’argent, trois, deux et une, au chef denché d’or ; Reine Christine de Suède (cote 1805 au f. I).
