«Sallustius ob elegantiam inimitabilemque in scribendo breuitatem assecutus est primus inter historicos partes quod epigrammaticus poeta illo disticho expressit:
Hic erit ut perhibent doctorum corda uirorum
Crispus Romana primus in historia dicat» (Martialis, Epigr. XIV, 191 avec variantes).
Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique régulière d’aspect lombard, la note du f. 1 est d’une cursive très penchée.
