Ce manuscrit est composé de trois éléments codicologiques. M. T. d’Alverny en a dressé une notice dans « Avicenna latinus », Archives d’histoire doctrinale et littéraire du Moyen Age, 44 (1969), 271-273.
Sur le contreplat supérieur, le libraire de la bibliothèque de Sorbonne, Gayet de Sansale (en charge de 1783 à 1792), a recopié la notice composée par son prédécesseur Guédier de Saint-Aubin. Cf Delisle, Le Cabinet des manuscrits…, II, p. 206-207.
