Incipit : "|| bhale || oṃ namaḥ siddhaṃ || atha ratna-traya-vrata-udyāpana likhyate || vandehiṃ Vītarāgaṃ vimalakalagiriṃ lo-lo-lī-lā dharārthyaṃ svabhūpātāla-kīrti-guṇa-gaṇa-mahitaṃ dhvasta-mohāhitaṃ taṃ | yaḥ…" (f. 1b).
Explicit : "iti śrī-Keśavasena-viracitā samyakcaritra-pūjā samāptāḥ || iti Ratna[tra]yodyāpanaṃ saṃpūrṇaṃ || cha || prathama-valaya || tījo jñāna-valayako ca || 16 || cuthuṃ jñāna-valayako vā cau-īsa || 24 || caritra-valayako vā tīsa || 30 || iti śrī Ratnatrayamāṃḍuṇaḥ (?) ||" (f. 13b).
