(f. 170-[171 v°] blancs, foliotation contemporaine en chiffres arabes repassés à l’or), 354 X 249 mm., just. : 225 X 135 mm., 30 long. lignes, réglure à la pointe sèche. Cahiers : 1-1710, non signés ; les réclames, dont subsistent par endroits à la fin des cahiers les deux premiers mots à l’intention du copiste, n’ont pas été recopiées. Titres rubriqués, initiales d’or à « bianchi girari » sur fond bleu vert et mauve parsemé de points d’argent. Reliure ancienne sur ais de bois recouverts d’une peau vert foncé estampée à froid avec traces de 4 fermoirs de cuivre.
