  • BSB-Provenienz: Augsburg, Dombibliothek Der Jurist und Humanist Wolfgang Andreas Rem (1511-1588) fertigte die Vorlesungsnachschriften zwischen dem 12 Oktober 1529 (S 1) und 13 Mai 1530 (S 390) in Bourges, wo er sich seit Juni 1529 aufhielt Rem vererbte den Großteil seiner Bücher dem Chorherrenstift Heilig Kreuz in Augsburg – nach dem Donatoren-Exlibris (WARNECKE Nr 1677) handelte es sich um mehr als 1000 Bände Dem Augsburger Domkapitel hinterließ Rem seine juristischen Bücher (Vita et mors, S 57), nach dem Exlibris dieses Bandes handelte es sich um 160 Bände, darunter Clm 3845, 3855, 3866 und 3797 Die beiden nicht eingebundenen Faszikel (S 391-436) befanden sich nach der am oberen Rand vermerkten alten Signatur (Aug Eccl 166) zunächst als Beilagen in Clm 3866
