Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique neo-caroline de style allemand. Manuscrit copié à Brescia par Conrad Germershem, qui signe et date au f. 292 v°: «Tito Liuio Patauino historiagrapho preclarissimo finem imposui ego Conradus Germershem Anno Christi M.CCCC.XLIII.XXII die septembris Brixie ».
