Incipit : "|| bhale || oṃ nāmā Vītarāgāya || praṇamya samyak-paramārtha-deśakaṃ śrī-Varddhamānaṃ bhuvāna eka-nāyakaṃ | jana-prabodhāya mayābhidhīyātā Holīrajaḥ-parva-kathā yathā śrutaṃ || 1 ||" (f. 1a).
Explicit et colophon : "saṃdyabdhaḥ śaradanti ratna-śaradi || 1485 prajñaiś ciraṃ vācyatāṃ || 34 || iti Holīraja(ḥ)kathā saṃpūryate | ‘sma mahā-jūtī-patir maherṣarā... śaṃbhugaṇādhīśaniṣe vitakramaḥ | anaṅga jisa gata [texte à la verticale dans la marge droite] sarva-maṅgalaḥ śriyesatāṃ śrī-Nṛpabhavvaja-prabhuḥ || 1 ||" (f. 1b).
