Ce ms. a appartenu à l'évêque de Paris Pierre d'Orgemont qui en a fait don à la bibliothèque du chapitre de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, ainsi qu'un certain nombre d'autres mss., le 27 octobre 1402 (cf. A. Franklin). Au f. 2 figurent ses armes, trois épis d'orge dorés sur fond azur. Sur le contreplat sup. figure l'ex-libris "A la bibliotheque de l'Eglise de Paris", suivi de la cote "A21" (XVIIe s.).
Estampille Bibliothèque Royale Ancien Régime, 1735-1791, modèle identique à Josserand-Bruno 275 et pl. type 13.
