Possesseurs: 1-2 - au f. 31, ex-libris non identifié, en partie déchiffré aux rayons ultra-violets: «Iste liber est [illisible] qui moratur in scolis magistri Bastiani dotoris [sic] grammatice et loice et qui moratur in grammatice (?) magistri Carducci [plusieurs mots illisibles]»; Angelo Colocci († 1549), év. de Nocera: le volume est décrit dans l'inventaire de sa bibliothèque rédigé en 1558 et dans une liste complémentaire établie vers 1564-1566 par les Ranaldi.
