expl. f. 105: «... quam belli gerendi contendit. Iulius Celsus Constantinus uir consularis legi tantum feliciter. Commentarius Cesaris Pontifex maximus ephimeris rerum gestorum Belli Gallici liber VIII explicit feliciter», suivi f. 105-105 v° d’une partie seulement du passage VIII, 51, 1-53, 2, omis au f. 104 v°: «Exceptus est Cesaris... causam suam facile optineri» (VIII, 51, 1-52, 3).
Origine: française, grosse écriture régulière légèrement brisée.
Possesseurs: Federico Ubaldini (1610-1657) qui a inscrit son monogramme: «V.F.».u bas du f. 1 (cf. supra, Barb. lat. 74); le cardinal Fabio Chigi, dont les armes sont dorées au fer sur les plats et le dos de la reliure (cotes ancienne 259, moyenne 1099).
