(foliotation moderne à l’encre rouge de 1 à 6 remplaçant une autre foliotation de la même main de 43 à 48 barrée), 190 X 115 mm., just. : 125/134 X 80 mm., 22/24 long. lignes, réglure à la pointe sèche et traces de roulette. Cahier : 16, non signé, sans réclame. Au f. 1, initiale laissée en blanc, aucune rubrique. Cahier non relié.
