Ce ms. a appartenu à Saint-Arnoul de Crépy-en-Valois (Oise), d'après l'ex-libris du XIIIe s. figurant au f. 2: "Iste liber est beati Arnulfi de Crispeio qui male subtraxerit anathema sit. Amen. Johannes Elemosinarius.". Vers la fin du XVIIe siècle, il est ensuite passé avec d'autres mss. par voie d'échange dans les collections du prieuré de Saint-Martin-des-Champs (Paris), d'après la note figurant au f. Iv : "Ex libris monasterii S. Martini a Campis per permutacionem aliorum librorum cum quadraginta libris manuscriptis cum monasterio S. Arnulphi de [Crispeio]."
