Ce manuscrit a fait partie des collections de la bibliothèque du collège de Sorbonne. Sur le contreplat supérieur, une étiquette de papier portant l’ex-dono de François Guillebon : « Ex dono Mag[istri] Francisci Guillebon Parrhisini, socii Sorbonici, et doctoris theologi ». Le contreplat inférieur présente des notes d’une main similaire à celle du copiste.
