Au f. 143v, ex-libris et cote XVe siècle « liber scte marie de f[ontene]to. B.2 6 ». Catalogues : B.24 ; C.17.Il a ensuite appartenu à Colbert, avant d'entrer dans la bibliothèque royale en 1732.
