Parch., XIVe s., 103 ff. (f. 99-99 v°, 101 v° blancs), 2 col., 370 x 267 mm. Aux f. 1-101 quelques initiales enluminées à feuilles d’acanthe.
Les f. 102-103 sont un fragment d’un autre manuscrit, probablement le premier et le dernier feuillet d’un quaternion, 49-51 lignes à la colonne, initiales en blanc, justification: 260 x 185-190 mm, le f. 103 v° est très effacé et les dernières lignes tachées.
