Ce manuscrit a appartenu à la bibliothèque de l' Abbaye de Saint-Victor de Paris . Selon Gilbert Ouy, certains éléments ont été transcrits par Simon de Plumetot (f. 234-237 et 243-247). Au f. Bv, table d'André Hausselet. Au f. 1, à l'encre rouge : "Jhesus, Maria, sanctus Victor, sanctus Augustinus" accompagné du blason de l'abbaye. Ce manuscrit est entré dans les collections de la Bibliothèque nationale après les saisies révolutionnaires en 1796.
