  • Connu aussi sous le titre "Buch der Beispiele der alten Weisen". Armoiries, devise 'Attempto' et emblème (palmiers) des commanditaires sur plusieurs feuillets (Eberhard V le Barbu de Wurtemberg : 'écartelé, aux 1 et 4, d'or à trois demies-ramures de cerf de sable, posées en fasce, l'une sur l'autre, les sommets à senestre, aux 2 et 3, de gueules à deux bars adossés d'or' et sa femme Barbara de Gonzague : 'd'argent à une croix de gueules cantonnée de quatre aiglettes de sable. Sur le tout un écu écartelé de gueules au lion d'argent et d'or à deux fasces de sable' (f. 1).
