Au f. 1, initiale rose faite de tiges roses à fleurettes et feuillages trilobés avec un animal (chèvre ou bouc à 2 cornes) allongé, sur fond or, en marge gauche, rinceaux à feuillages, feuilles de lierre, grosses fleurs et pastilles d'or; autres initiales d'or sur fond carré rouge, vert ou bleu à fins rinceaux blancs. Quelques corrections et rares gloses marginales.

Origine: italienne, probablement lombarde d'après la décoration, écriture humanistique ronde.
Possesseur: acquis au début du règne de Sixte IV († 1484), le manuscrit est attesté dans les inventaires de 1475, 1481 (f. 47, l. 1), 1518 (f. 21v°, l. 22), 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 734).
