Origine: italienne, petite écriture humanistique cursive de type lombard. Le copiste Colecta Leopardi, notaire (à Città di Castello (Ombrie) ?), signe et date en rouge au f. 27: «Completus Salustius in Catellina anno Domini 1453 mens‹is› febr‹uarii› die ultima per me Colectam Leopardum». Un rectangle de papier collé au f. 101 porte une attestation donnée à «Ser Colecta Angeli de Carbio» et datée «In ciuitate Castelli die ultima mensis Martii M.CCCC.LXXXI».
Possesseur: Reine Christine de Suède ? (le manuscrit correspondrait au n° 1204 ou 1205 du Catalogue de Montfaucon).
