Papier (filigrane var. Briquet 11699: Padoue, 1432), XVe s., II + 131 ff. + 2 ff. blancs (+ f. 15 bis; f. 129 v°-131 v° blancs), 294 x 217 mm. Grandes initiales rouges et bleues à filigranes rouges et bleus; au f. 1 les hastes du titre sont très allongées et ornées de dessins à la plume.

Origine: probablement œuvre d’un copiste allemand (selon Avesani, op. cit. infra), écriture gothique semi-cursive tardive.
Possesseurs: Agostino Patrizi Piccolomini, dont l’ex-libris figure au f. II v°: «A. Patricii Episcopi Pientini»; Enea Silvio Piccolomini (Pie II); le cardinal Fabio Chigi, dont les armes sont dorées au fer sur le dos restauré de la reliure (cotes ancienne 1961, moyenne 357).
