Possesseurs: Raphael (?), moine du couvent Saint-Dominique de Sienne, donna le manuscrit à Angelo de Raguse, d’après une note du f. 39 v° grattée et difficilement lisible aux rayons ultra-violets: «Iste liber est fratris Angeli de Ragussio quem sibi donauit M. Raphael (?) eiusdem (...) conventus sancti Dominicy Senensis» (XVe s.); en haut du f. 1 nom d’une écriture penchée du XVIIe s. gratté: «Ioannis Bessa...»; le cardinal Fabio Chigi (cotes ancienne 978, moyenne 1989).
