Quatre-vingt-six petites peintures. Initiales coloriées. Rubriques. Pieds-de-mouche rouges et bleus. Dans la marge inférieure du f. 1, écusson burelé d'or et d'azur de huit pièces, au quartier d'argent, accompagné des initiales : « M.C. ». Au f. 220v, marque de possesseur du XVIIe s. : « Ce présent livre est a moy qui suis nommé Charles Germain ». Ce manuscrit fit partie de la, collection Ashburnham-Barrois.
