Explicit et colophon : "Pūrṇacandramukhī ramyā kāminī nirmmalāṃbarā | tanoti [karoti] kasya na [no] svāntam ekānta-madanotsavaṃ | 71 | cyutadattākṣara-jātiḥ || evaṃ jāti 52 śloka 28 uttara 150 | iti śrī-Dharmadāsa-kṛte Vidagdhamukhamaṇḍanālaṃkāre caturthaḥ paricchedaḥ likhitaṃ Bhakticandreṇa svapaṭhanārthaṃ || 10 caitravadi ||" (f. 16a).
