Title: 'Ordinamenta et instituta egregii militis domini Bonifacii de Lupis, Marchionis Soraniae pro eius hospitale de Florentia'
Incipit: 'Cum ego Bonifacius de Lupis de Parma Soranie marchio huius hospitalis conditor...'
Explicit: '...uel omni alio iure quo melius ualere poterint. et hoc per yesum christum dominum nostrum. Amen'.
There are a few marginal annotations, in Latin and Italian, by various 15th cent. hands. The MS. is a copy of the relevant part of the Founder's Will relating to the Hospital at Florence, which was opened in 1387.
