Owned by the church op Opheusden, based on a list of choral singers (f. 251v): "Johan Mertens & Henrijck dirck & Thomas Willems & Andries Henrickx. Dit syn die vier craels tot huesden 1574".

Origin: This manuscript could be intended for the church of Elst. It has a special and extended office for Werenfridus, patron saint of this church (ff. 182r-183r).
Foliation: 229 (!), 70-228, 230-251.
