Papier (filigrane var. Briquet 11728: Vérone, 1443), XVe s., II + 116 ff. (f. I et 115-116v° blancs), 225 x 147 mm. Aux f. Iv° et 115v°, essais de plume. Aux f. 1r° et 11v°, on lit aux rayons ultra-violets les extraits d'un acte notarié passé en 1421 à Heidelberg.

Campana); on lit au f. II aux rayons ultra-violets, le nom «Ianellus »; au bas du f. 1, un ex-libris (?) gratté et illisible; Fulvio Orsini († 1600).
