Patrizi, et le monogramme se lisent au revers du plat inférieur; Agostino Patrizi Piccolomini qui donne son nom au f. 1: «A. Patricii Episcopi Pientini» et au revers du plat inférieur: «Liber Augustini Patricii Senensis»; le cardinal Fabio Chigi, dont les armes sont dorées au fer sur la reliure (cotes ancienne 419, moyenne 2399).
