Origine: française, de l’abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel d’après Alexander, op. cit. infra, qui le date environ de 990-1015, écriture assez ronde et serrée, avec quelques archaïsmes. D’après Willis, op. cit. infra, ce manuscrit a servi de modèle au ms. Florence, Bibl. Laurenz., plut. 51,8 (XIIIe s.).
Possesseurs: Paul Petau (cote R. 35 au f. 1) ; Alexandre Petau (correspond sans doute au n° 450 de son catalogue manuscrit: Leyde, Voss. lat. Q. 76 f. 80 v°) ; Reine Christine de Suède (correspondrait au n° 1821 du catalogue de Montfaucon).
