Ce manuscrit a appartenu à la duchesse de Vivonne qui fit don de ses ouvrages à Jean-Baptiste Colbert en 1679 (n157 "Rime de diversi"). Le manuscrit rejoint les collections de la bibliothèque royale en 1732.
