f. 87 à la fin du liv. X: «Hucusque hystoriam Eutropius composuit cui tamen aliqua Paulus diaconus addit iubente domna Adilperga Christianissima Beneuenti ductrice coniuge Dommarchi sapientissimi principis. Deinde que sequuntur idem Paulus ex diuersis auctoribus proprio stilo cumnexuit».

Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde. Le manuscrit a été copié en 1427 par Antonius de Sicheriis de Padoue qui signe au f. 127: «factus per me Antonium de Sicheriis de Padua. Inceptus die sabati quinto decimo mensis Marcii anni 1427. Expletus uero fuit die decimo septimo Iunii eiusdem milesimi ad laudem dei».
Possesseur: le cardinal Giordano Orsini dont les armes sont ajoutées sur grattage dans l’initiale du f. 3 (cote: CCXLVIII).
