Au 1er feuillet, se trouve sur la rosace le nom de Muftī Zādah Muḥammad Saʿīd ibn al-Ḥāǧǧ Maḥmūd ibn al-Ḥāǧǧ Ḥasan ibn Aḥmad, avec la date de 1159 H. /1745. Sur la marge du f. 1 aussi figure un autre ex-libris Sunbul-Zādah Muḥammad Amīn avec la date [1]075H./1664. Sur la f. 253v°, figure le nom de Mubārak ibn Muḥammad ...haft-sad-o[haštād]...(7[8].H/13[7].)
