Possesseurs: Iohannes Pictoris qui a vendu le manuscrit à Agostino Patrizi Piccolomini, d’après la note du f. 77 v° presque complètement grattée lue aux rayons ultraviolets par Avesani, op. cit. infra: «Liber hic est Augustini ser Aloysi quem emit a Iohanne Antoni Pictoris filio de mense Iunii 1456»; le cardinal Fabio Chigi, dont les armes sont dorées au fer sur la reliure (cotes ancienne 387, moyenne 2176).
