Escript et perachevé en la ville d'Amboise, le septiesme jour de fevrier, l'an de grace mil CCCC soixante et neuf ». Signé : « T. Gontart ». Feuillet A v : titre du premier traité donné par un ancien possesseur : « Decission des differents qui ont esté entre la France et l'Angleterre ». Inscription au f. 70r : « Sola juvat virtus, cetera morte cadunt » (main postérieure au texte). Quelques annotations à l’encre marron plus claire (voir f. 7, 7v, 12, 22).
